I would like to sincerely apologise to those of you whose orders were not delivered on 20 June as planned.

The week leading up to the delivery run, I was involved in a cycling accident, which unfortunately affected my preparation and schedule. Despite this, I proceeded with the delivery run and left Al Majmaah for Riyadh on Saturday, albeit slightly later than I would normally.

Throughout the day, I experienced significant delays at nearly every stop. In one instance, I waited approximately 45 minutes in a parking lot for a client. Combined with temperatures reaching around 47°C, the long hours on the road and repeated delays eventually led to heat exposure symptoms and I began feeling unwell.

At that point, I had to make the difficult decision to stop deliveries and return home rather than continue in an unsafe condition.

Unfortunately, this meant that a number of clients did not receive their orders as planned. For this, I sincerely apologise.

As a gesture of appreciation for your patience and understanding, I will deliver your outstanding order free of charge at the first available opportunity in my schedule. I will contact each affected client directly to arrange a suitable delivery date.
